Life is a journey that can include wonderful experiences and important lessons. However, it can also include uncharted territory and challenging circumstances. Loss, illness, betrayal, trauma, and other unexpected challenges can leave a traveller feeling anxious and overwhelmed. At times like these psychotherapy, couple counseling, coaching and/or professional feedback can be especially valuable.

As a licensed psychotherapist with over twenty-five years of experience I believe a collaborative interactive approach promotes optimum growth and change. It has been my privilege to share the process of individuals, couples, and families discovering their strength and potential for ending counterproductive patterns.

My work is informed by a number of approaches including cognitive/behavioral, psychodynamic, transactional and family systems. A collaborative team approach including a psychiatrist, primary care physician, and a registered dietician is especially helpful in working with eating disorders.

I welcome the opportunity to consider with you new possibilities for practical solutions and positive change given your unique life situation. You can reach me at (408) 266-7826, extension 104. If I am unavailable, please leave a message on my confidential voicemail with the best numbers and times at which to reach you. I will return your call as soon as possible. Also, please let me know if it is acceptable to you to leave a message.

Thank you for visiting my website.
